Synchronize S&T values with social values: I am not a S&T person. Detailed specifications of S&T are always black boxes for me. However it is not always a barrier to be a science communicator. I usually try to concentrate on observing a change of research teams' aspects and researchers' attitudes. The most important thing is to grasp the change process.
